kounterpartsidk theres things like this for bomb timers in cs and rune timers in dota. i dont find it much of a issue tbh
Like apps for it? Really? In Dota 2, we know runes appear every 2 minutes, so we just look at the top for the time and check if it's near an even number time. This wouldn't work in TF2 I believe cause caps affect the time and you build uber faster if they are healing a hurt person. Just a lot of estimation going on.
