Also this is like the prime example of the streisand effect. The TF2Center admins are trying to keep focus off of TF2Stadium but this fiasco actually brings attention towards it.
If you website was truly the better one you'd have nothing to fear.

Cause it's a dumb rule. You shouldn't get banned on TF2Center for mentioning TF2Stadium and vice versa. Yes, they're competing services, but there's no reason for this. It'd be like getting banned on YouTube for mentioning Twitch or banned in Overwatch for mentioning TF2.
People in both communities know that other communities exist. You should be allowed to have discussions and the freedom of speech to discuss topics that you want to discuss. As long as you're not harassing other viewers, it should be allowed.
In fact, by banning people from mentioning TF2Stadium, you actually drive traffic away from your website because your website is no longer a viable platform for discussion.

is a 144hz monitor worth the upgrade

yes. the reason everyone has this monitor is because it gives you the performance you want and it's a lot cheaper than other alternatives for the same performance. i think the only downside is color and build quality.
also i have a Acer GN246HL and it's not as good imo. i use it as a side monitor now.
