How do you deal with stress?

I spend time with my girlfriend. I also sometimes smoke Indica strains of weed. One thing that helped me reduce stress is dealing with the situation as soon as possible so I don't have to think about it all the time and feel ready. It can be hard to deal with certain things but I try to have a "plan" set-up to minimize my stress.
I hope you find your way to deal with stress it's different for everyone and I don't encourage taking drugs or smoking weed to cope.

I've been having disgusting packet loss recently. People in mumble cut in and out and sound like robots and my TF2 freeze and make me teleport and also the shutters dont open so I keep walking into them on my screen. Anyone has anything I can do to make this less shitty until I move?
