#1 Tf2 bug in Q/A Help

Hi i have a question my tf2 is broken : When i start tf2 and i'm in the main screen its all black i can just see the box with items and ect. but i cant see the background ,consol and comunity server browser . I uninstalled game , hud , config pls help
Btw i'm using the masterconfig maxperformence
