raikuDX9 from what I have understood should give more fps..
EDIT, how bad are the flashes?
The flashes are pretty unplayable.
To the OP, the 306.97 drivers worked fine for me and included the Nvidia control panel as well. What settings do you want to change in particular?

Most likely a problem with your mouse, not your net settings. Try plugging in a different mouse and see if the problem is still there.
