I read a good amount of the article you attached and I have to say I think it would be cool if some form of this was implemented so I could see my ranking and deviation. However, this will be basically impossible to implement in a reasonable way that is thematically different to something like the elo rating system--based on wins/losses. The only way that Glicko could be different is if it somehow incorporated individual stats into its ranking algorithms which seems really unlikely to happen.

(Im basically just a pubber) But I used to rock a like 2 inch 360 and I was inconsistent as hell. As I got more interested in playing the game to win tho I bumped down my sensitivity for consistency because in my experience it is easier to be consistent at higher sensitivities up to a point. Right now im at almost exactly 20cm/360 and if I mained scout I would probably consider lowering it some more. But thats just me, its all your feel.
