isn't he swapping to flank scout? doesn't that change the utility of him being a core member since he is drastically changing his role?
plus his role in game doesn't necessarily dictate his role on our team (getting scrims, making sure everyone gets in on time, getting a server, scheduling matches, etc). awful argument

disregarding everything else about your team, it's not a good look on a team leader if he decides to cut someone without telling anyone else on the team until its too late. if what you say is true then nobody but the leader who cut dit (who i assume is freakshow) deserves any shit for this on ur team
no, it wasn't a good look at all and obviously I know this; eli and I talked to frkshw about it right after and he acknowledged that he handled it really fucking poorly and was completely in the wrong, but by the time even though we convinced him try to apologize that bridge had already been burned.
Yet jetz is still constantly just trying to antagonize and make our team look bad in every way he possibly can even though eli and I were reaching out to dit privately and also trying to talk to frkshw about the situation.
