Are any of these teams not happening? I got a message from an ESEA admin to everyone on my team that said IM would be merged with open if there weren't 17 teams registered in each division. If all these teams play, there are only 16 teams for this coming season. There is a decent chance that my roster is getting used, but I'm not sure. That puts us at the required 17, but not if any of the teams listed here fall through.

I've found that when going for directs, I will track my mouse on the thing I want to hit then flick to where I think they will be the moment they make a predictable movement/strafe/action. I shoot then flick back to where I was before. This is not something that is conscious. That would be weird. Rather, it's something that has built up naturally for me and is becoming more defined as I play more and more soldier.

I think something like this may be what you're seeing in this video and other situations when you see soldiers/demos flicking after their shots.

I actually watch these videos pretty much every day. This guy had made some pretty funny/interesting videos before he started doing daily vlogs. Had an HBO show too.

He really cleverly does a whole bunch of things every episode. Some aerial/time-lapse cinematography, some travel, some cute baby videos, some business talk, etc. So a lot of people are interested in at least 1 thing that happens each video. I personally watch it because the dude lives a relatively eventful life and it can be fun to follow along with that stuff. The video you linked is a perfect example. He tours a ridiculous, 20k-a-night hotel room then goes and flies some racing drones, before climbing down the side of a cliff to recover one of the drones. Top it off with some lovely time lapses of San Francisco, and you've got a super interesting few minutes imo.

I can personally say from experience that there are definitely factors that limit people in their ability to play tf2/ other video games.

I used to have to take significant amounts of antihistamines because of some stupid medical issues. For those that may not know, antihistamines block histamines which cause symptoms in allergies. The side effects include drowsiness and general confusion.

My reaction times suffered greatly and as a result, I couldn't really play tf2 (or any fast paced games) well. I have some really old vods of me streaming tf2 and it's pretty hilarious to see how slow I was to do literally anything. This lasted up through early 2014, when I was able to wane off of the drugs as my symptoms disappeared (and immediately started progressing rapidly faster through divisions/ general skill). I still get spikes of these things and have to take some benadryl infrequently, and when I do I definitely notice a difference in my ability to aim, call, and react. If you ever see me doing absolutely shitty in game, this is (probably lol) why.

As someone who has played in two different mental "states", I can confidently say that it makes a difference. Some people with a naturally slow reaction time or someone who has fine/gross motor issues will definitely be at a disadvantage in a game involving so much DM and movement mechanics, and people that don't agree haven't really put much thought into it.

I am a completely different person since when I graduated high school, and that was only 2 years ago. Give yourself options. Enjoy your line cook job and finish up school at the same time.

Also all culinary schools want you to have graduated high school, so if you ever want to do that, you'll be happy you have a diploma.
