I don't know how long ago you did this, because alosec and company have really cracked down on those people. Obviously there will always be idiots that wish they were actually good enough to stomp anyone but noobies, but it's certainly not a norm.

The coaches teach everyone, but only a broad, simple understanding of the roles are needed to coach.
