#48 LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

I didn't really know Milan or have any interactions three months ago when his reputation seemed to be at its worst but I was aware of the criticisms people had as I tried out for Ziggurat over the past couple weeks. Granted they were limited scrims but I honestly saw no issues of toxicity from Milan. Maybe he comes across as a bit blunt but he kept his cool and I think he's genuinely working on fixing his reputation.

In-game, I'd definitely say his strength is his DM and it's good enough to get him by for now. Definitely better than most open and some IM soldiers. A weakness I saw was that he plays very aggressively, likes to go for plays, so sometimes he'll rush it or try to do something without coordinating it concisely with his team and so he'll take his share of avoidable deaths. With a little more polishing on his communication and gamesense, he'll be a really strong soldier though. I was also impressed by how eager he was to review demos of tryout scrims immediately after.

All in all, I think Milan is a risk worth taking for teams in need of a soldier. There is a lot of potential there if he is truly changed for the long term and continues to accept the criticisms towards him.

#14 NAB LFP IM S23 in Recruitment (looking for players)

They are nice, committed, and mature; features you honestly don't find in a lot of teams. I wish I was a demo main just so I could try to play for these guys next season. I'd be set. If you are good at demo, or just want to sub, and want to play in IM, don't miss this chance.

To clarify on Sail and Lee's helpful posts, as far as I'm aware, no one on Egg Salad Dressing has committed to a team for next season yet and have actually recently brought up the idea of potentially just reviving from our one week death and playing IM together (with a couple minor changes).

I like Skeez, I hope he finds a good team

#11 Yipyapper LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

Yipyapper likes to comm. A lot. And he's capable of putting up nutty numbers on demo. I think he has a tendency to play alone at times or over-aggressively chase damage, but he's played enough to know his limits. If your team can play well around him, destruction will fill the battlefield.

#48 Spades Slick LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

I believe he's got a good understanding of 6's and his hl experience has taught him how to play selflessly and get key spy frags. From my interactions with him, he seems like a great personality to have in the mumble as well. I think he could fit well on any team.

#29 brulée - LFT Medic in Recruitment (looking for team)

She's dedicated enough to improve, fix the issues growing medics have, and commit to a team to help it win. Definitely good enough to play high open and just a pleasure to have on your team.

I thought he was quietly one of the best demos in open last season. Put up very good numbers consistently last season and as others have said, hits his pipes.

#5 jynx lft im scout in Recruitment (looking for team)

he spends like 4 hours after scrims to mge like wtf. So needless to say, Jynx's dm is on point and he hits a lot of shots. He offers good thoughts when pushes aren't working. I think he has a tendency to be a silent tilter if things aren't going well, but as long as your team keeps a positive and calm atmosphere in comms, there will be no issues. All in all, a great scout to play with this season.

First played against him a year ago when he struck fear into our hl team. Since then, I've seen him pound every level he's been at. His dm is just insane dude.

#43 lft med (Open/IM) in Recruitment (looking for team)

Tiptoes' strongest asset is his dedication. We were impressed with his desire to actively review demos, go over map reviews, and offered good comms. There are mechanics that could use improvement, as you would expect from most medics, but if anyone is capable of correcting them and improving rapidly, it's Tiptoes. He would be a good fit on any team and is able to offer a lot outside of just playing medic in-game.

UGC S19 steel: Egg Salad Dressing
S21: Egg Salad Dressing - Finished 9th open
S22: Egg Salad Dressing - Finished 5th open

That's all my 6's experience to date. As you can see, I've spent the entire past year with the same group of nerds and it's likely that I'll be with them again next season buuut... I want to keep my options open in the case that the team ends its run here or I somehow find a better fit. Only looking for IM scout offers.

I've played combo scout and then flank scout in the two esea seasons I've done so I believe I can be flexible with whatever my team needs out of me.

Things I want to continue working on are actively comming, commanding the heal beam, and my movement. I just want to be a better player and help out my team the best I can.

idk what else to say, thank you for any considerations I may get.

#1862 ESEA-O S22 Happenings/Predictions in TF2 General Discussion

Just some quick thoughts on tonight's games.

#1 No Johns vs. #9 Bote 6v6
No Johns had a hard fought victory over Bobby and the Bobbettes while Bote seemed to dismantle Minty Fresh. Bote lost the season match, though that was with Brick struggling who has since been replaced. Bote will assuredly put up more of a fight this time around but if No Johns stays focused and serious, they will be a tough nut to crack.

#2 Every Villain Is Lemons vs. #10 Hurricane Watch
Our big upset of the first round was Hurricane Watch over Milters. The_savior and Averted both went big for HcW, with over 2.0 k/d ratios so we'll see if they can continue the strong play. EVIL had a hiccup on Sunshine setting themselves up for an upset, but pulled through. EVIL likes to keep things close for some reason so I wouldn't be surprised to see a third map and some back and forth action but I'd give them the edge to advance in the end.

#3 The Westbrook Effect vs. #6 malicious activity
As some of us predicted, Westbrook looked a little shaky to start each map, but seemed to find their footing in the 2nd halves. But they're going to have to play their best TF2 of the season if they want to beat the roster Malicious Activity used for their game against Kawaii Sexu Desu Desu. MaL brought out their big guns and won with ease and now cement themselves as the team to beat. Honestly the momentum is pretty one-sided so Westbrook is going to have to dig deep here.

#4 Not Around Bears vs. #5 Egg Salad Dressing
Bold prediction: Egg Salad Dressing will put the baby bears to sleep

Jokes aside, the both of us started our season together and now tonight, it will end for one of us. Before that first granary match, I predicted a super close game and sure enough we got a 5-4 overtime match. I expect more of the same now, two months later. This is the most nervous and excited I've been for a TF2 match, should be a fun one. <: Good luck NAB.
