This is a perfectly valid question. If you talk to someone who isn't a recruiter you can learn a lot of things about how to negotiate for the best salary, gain insight about their personal experiences and such. Tbh the recruiter would probably be one of the last people I talked to.

Yo we are bird noises and we are looking for a playoffs level scout. We scrim often and do demo reviews frequently.
Overall we manage to have a positive attitude during scrims and have a lot of fun playing together too. The Voll, Train, and Bob group has been playing together for a really long time and get along really well.
