No, that is not the issue.
This error should never happen, and I have never seen it happen before. Weird.
1) Does this happen all the time? (ie. have you tried restarting the server)
2) Which version of SourceMod is your server running? rcon sm version
3) Which version of MetaMod is your server running? rcon meta version
4) Have you compiled the plugin yourself? (you shouldn't - just checking)
1. no. i have tried restarting with removing the between rounds log uploader but no beuno
2. i'm using the latest SourceMod Version: 1.6.2-dev+4568
3. Metamod:Source version 1.10.3-dev
4. nope. i just use the one that i downloaded from the thread.
I really think it's the curl extension but i'm not sure.
I added you maybe we can find the root of the problem.
