The general rule of thumb for bumping lft posts is if the last post in the thread is more than a day old and the thread is no longer on the front page. So you are good.

I had some friends who had played with phlash who only had bad things to say about him. I was asked to ring for the team he was playing with and used that time to make my own judgement of him and let me tell you, it was awful. He was extremely disrespectful and rude towards his teammates even when making calls that were wrong. He'd argue and countercall pretty often as well. He didn't say much to me really. Not sure if it was because he was uncomfortable being rude to someone he didn't know, if I played too well for him to trash on(don't really remember if I played well) or some other reason.

tldr, his dm and positioning might be decent for mid open? his timing and attitude are shit.

Erratic's suggestion is a good one but don't let that stop you from looking for a team the old fashioned way first because then you will get to choose your teammates if you find a team that likes you.

For the most part I agree with pelt about the whitelist. DM servers are for practice not for cheese but please please please allow the loch and load. It is is legal in all leagues now and is a legitimate choice unlike the direct hit.

I love what you've done with the maps I probably wouldn't change it. I personally hate dm'ing on badlands but it's a league map so it's probably best to leave it in.

Frenzy linked the ugc forums which is where most new players start out and it is a free to play league unlike esea which is pay to play. Like hassassin said most teams(esea and ugc) usually scrim somewhere between 830 est to 11:30 est with the sweet spot for most being 9 est to 11 est. It's not impossible and not unheard of for a new player to jump straight into esea but it is pretty unusual. Not a bad thing by any means, just unusual. I don't know a ton about headphones but I am thinking I'd like to upgrade with such good deals on mass drop. Big deep comfy earcups are just as important as sound quality to me.

Loch and load is not only allowed in the whitelist but is a primary many demo do and should run and therefore should be allowed in dm servers. I hate the weapon but it isn't like the direct hit where anyone using it in dm is just trolling(because that weapon is shit in matches)

Normally I fucking hate it when people say that the skill level has gone down in tf2 but with overwatch taking so many of the best players it's hard to argue that the overall skill hasn't taken at least a little bit of a hit.
