We're running it on Ubuntu, Ubuntu is a Linux OS, we're using Linux because its the most compatible OS for running servers as far as I know.

MozzarellaFireFoxIs your sourcemod + metamod fully up to date?
i know its a stupid question but a lot of people forget about metamod and i know one of the "recent" tf2 updates required sm/mm to be updated

you could also try this https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=277703 but i never figured out how to use it

Thanks for responding, my friend who configured the server is offline right now, i help him with his map making and i help pay half of the price for hosting the server using digitalocean while he pays the rest of the price. I'll ask him after he comes back online tomorrow.

#1 help with server problems in Q/A Help

The server crashes when sourcemod is installed.
No matter how many plugins we have loaded, whether it's 200 or 0, it just keeps crashing as long as Sourcemod is installed, if it doesn't crash instantly, then it crashes after 7 minutes of uptime.
The only fix so far is to remove Sourcemod completely, and that is not an option I can take.
We are running a dedicated server on Ubuntu using DigitalOcean and we debug using PUTTY.
