Try removing your entire custom folder, then launching and see if that fixes it.
If removing the entire folder works, slowly add parts back in until the game fails to launch, that will let you know which part of your custom folder is causing the problem.

HuggesBe sure to put the AMA setting on Premium instead of High for lowest input lag
Becareful with this the difference from High to premium is pretty miniscule for input lag but can increase the overshoot:

try removing custom files / launch options and using the -default launch option, if that fails try unistalling your graphics drivers with DDU and seeing if that fixes it.

I had low fps in some menus until I deleted all of FriendsContainer in resource/ui/MainMenuMverride.res , but this removes some of the features of casual matchmaking
