downloaded configdownloader from that site, got a warning from my antivirus of malware and the .exe did nothing ....
You should see a folder called "config" in your download folder which contains the .cfg files
I uploaded them to dropbox if you have issues downloading it:

It has some interesting commands. Can someone look into what they actually do?

treetoonI had to move the pre-loading manually to the custom/cfg autoexec, the valve cfg autoexec isn't executing.
tf/cfg is working fine for me.

I fixed it.
You have to uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" under the advanced tab of the microphone.
It seems that mumble will take exclusive control of my mic. Don't know if there are any benefits of doing so.

My mic used to be recognized as "AT2020+" but now it shows as "USB PnP Sound Device" in recording devices after installing the UNI Xonar driver.
I don't know if this is the problem or not, and I tried all the USB ports on my PC alr.

Dyl4NIf your using a jack to plug in your mic, your jack could be broken, try plugging it into a new hole, that seemed to fix it for someone else who had this issue.
I'm using a AT2020+ USB mic
It works completely fine in mumble or in other programs except TF2
