Need help with rocket trails not showing on DX8

I'm using comanglias fps config on dx81 and rocket trails arent showing, I tried on dx9 config and they show but I get much lower fps on dx9.

Somebody apparently hasn't been following the EU B-Ball scene. The Europeans really took it offensively when we kept poking at them saying that they couldn't air strafe as a result vLadimir and Von Nonstrand were born. Playing against the likes of MGEMIKE and Shadowburn they honed their skills to finally take it to the Americans once and for all.
