Playing at lower than native resolution - why?

I use Qres to change my windows resolution to 640x480 so I get to play tf2 on windowed fullscreen, looks good.
also easier to center damage on targets imo.

(2:216) refers to Jihad and when it's permisssible (the only case when it's permissible to kill), refer to the verses before:

Sadly I didn't find any way to change control points locations, the x and y pos won't work so I had to change the look of the Health/Ammo.

I tried to test how it is on 16:9 but my tf2 was buggy and each time I try to move the ctf panels to the side it dissapears.
If you want the CTF panel go to resource/ui/HudObjectiveFlagPanel.res
and change the x pos of LeftSideBG, RightSideBG, BlueScore(Shadow) and RedScore(Shadow) with the same value until it gets to the side.
Sorry for not being able to provide a stable DL, my gear is really shitty and it's not suitable for hud testing. :p

That's a set of four borders inside /ui/controlpointicon.res.
I checked Doodle's guide, nothing regarding control points. :(
Also I'm not sure what ui (or field in hudlayout.res) controls CP and KOTH if you have any idea where I can find those.
