cl_interp "0" sets interpolation denominator to the lowest possible value, which is .0152 unless you're playing on a server which is modded to allow updaterate/cmdrate higher than 66.

In "/resource/ui/huddamageaccount.res" change "delta_item_font" and "delta_item_font_big" to "HudFontMediumSmall".
