Spawn camping is a pretty slippery slope, don't you think? Is it spawn camping if I stand 10 units away from the door? How about 20 units? 50?
If there are maps that are designed in such a way that camping spawn is easy, where there aren't multiple doors, don't play shitty maps.
Either allow killing on your server or don't. Trying to DEFINE spawn camping is an endlessly slippery slope and I think that's one thing people have learned here.
