So what should i do?

Hi recently i set my config to the highquality settings (around 120 fps) and hid my primary weapons on a site called tf2mate. The problem is that since then when i try to switch from my hidden primary to visible secondary or melee there is a delay and i see my rocket launcher for a milisecond than it switches to my shotgun and the shotgun fires 1 or 2 seconds later. Help pls
