zxpI wanna say Full Tilt beating Froyo at i58, but mostly because grant hyped it up a bit too much.
that wasn't an upset at all, during the group stages they drew against each other and full tilt were the higher seed going into the playoffs, they got knocked down to the lower bracket by the eventual champions crowns same as froyotech

MitchTF2 isn't dead, Valve has not stopped working on the game. It's just there is no dedicated team for TF2 and so the speed of new content varies (hence why valve time exists).
I feel like TF2 is on their roadmap somewhere for a clean-up and update, but we just have to be patient.
