I think the only ping limitation for rgl is that no more than 2 100 ping players can be on the same team or something like that

I had an old keyboard that had wasd keys not working so I redid keybinds to keep the feel of wasd and that involved moving scoreboard to q, and when my new keyboard got here I moved all the binds back but I kept pressing q to show scoreboard so I just kept the q thing
