Crosshair Animation

Hey, I've been messing around with HudAnimations_tf.txt and I have noticed you can animate your crosshair to flash with damage, so I was wondering if it could animate with heals, I have no idea how to achieve this, or if it's even possible, just asking for help on how to make this.
