#4 New Keyboard in Hardware

If you're looking for mechanical the best board for your buck is going to be Quick Fire Rapid. Production quality is better then all of the ones JackyLegs listed.

If the Saitek has serverd you so well then just get another one if that's what you're looking for.

#21 My Mouse is Autistic in Hardware

There's a reg edit to turn off acceleration that's innate in windows. That might help?

Aww, this makes me miss Eve. My character is pretty old as well, I just don't have the time and money anymore.

#16 benq xl2420t for $270 in Hardware
reillyDrewwrechedddddjust saying this is for people like in this thread:

http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/9200-xl2420t-or-the-vg248qe

that still debate the benq vs asus even though of the 80 dollar difference. i would go for the asus at the 80 dollar difference but this makes it harder. i actually don't have money for either right now, so im stuck with the 120hz crt.
There's literally nothing to debate unless you value 24 extra hertz. Both of them offer the same resolution, ergonomics, and performance. There's no reason to buy the BenQ when you can get the Asus brand new for cheaper.

They don't offer the same picture quality. The Asus has awful colours, and the BenQ is one of the best TN monitors I've ever seen.

It's the same panel... The colors out of the box aren't the greatest but there are tutorials on fixing that. Do a little research next time before you just say random, untrue shite.

Disabled pushaway is a splash nerf. These instances are exceedingly rare though and occur WITH pushaway but disabling pushaway will allow this to occur more often. Not saying this is OP or anything but everyone should be aware. Also, as shown in the video, if you ace your rollout scouts bumping into you will not be a problem.

It would have been nice to show instances with it enabled and disabled to show the distinction with the two for splash damage.

I made a thread on ESEA and it only got one comment from a guy who plays CS. I've made multiple IM's to Killing with this thread and he just didn't comment or even respond. It would be nice to get the backing of some invite players so maybe the higher ups would listen.

#32 TF2 Stuttering with new 144hz monitor in Hardware
SpaceCadetDrakeMegrimDo you have an AMD video card? If you have a NVidia then you should be using Lightboost and drop the refresh rate down to 120.

If you aren't using a frame rate cap then do so. I had the same issue with my monitor because my fps would jump from 1200 to 200 during intense fights and stutter. Try something like 300.

I have an nvidia card but I have not really thought about switching over to lightboost. I may go that route as a last resort.

There is literally no reason not to use Lightboost at 10%. It has the lowest amount of lag (helps with stutters) and if you use the color pack to help with the colors on the monitor. Defaults aren't the greatest. You're kind of driving a race car in third gear right now. Take advantage of the hardware edge you have.
