Your assumptions were right, I sadly don't play much TF2 anymore and am currently just using the default hud if I do.
I placed my YouTube video promoting my remake of the hud on private, but seeing the questions now about how to change the health cross outline to be team colored instead.
So I just put the video back on public for any one of you that want to look at the different versions I made
I remember having a team colored and a black/white one, all links should be in the description, although they're definitely outdated. Maybe someone can use them to mix them with the working hud from liatrus?
