Its quite easy to edit/config it the way you like it. Probably my favorite part. Very very well done!

Hang cleans are usually one of the more advance lifts to learn. Glad to hear things are going well! One thing you could try for deadlifts would be Rackpulls. This should take some of the stress from her knees.

here is an example of a rackpull: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MLLp0G8R8w

LordOfThePingPs: Any thoughts on getting some lifting coaching for me? I sprained both of my knees coaching kids wrestling this winter and my squats haven't felt right since. Will a private coaching session give anything that I can't get from SS books and videos?

Its probably not necessary. Nothing you couldnt learn for free online or from a book. You can also learn some very basic things from some fitness channels on youtube. Quite a few IFBB pros, and guys with the expierence with dieting and training and who train people online offer some advice on form / meal examples / tips on losing weight, etc. If you're a student like me, it's an affordable way of learning more about nutrion and fitness.

#9 Weight training for my GF? in Off Topic

I reccomend her getting on a normal training program (I believe you can find one for free on bodybuilding.com just pick one she thinks she might enjoy). Things like squats/deads/bench are things that she should still do. I wouldn't worry about her getting to "buff" if you are, because it's going to take ALOT of time and dedication to get to that point if you're natural espically as a woman. Its really hard for a woman to get REALLY muscular unless she decides to take testosterone or some form of steroids. Something to keep in mind is a big part of your results is going to come from your diet. Nutrition is key in losing/gaining weight and can greatly hurt or help your results. If you're serious about losing weight and want the fastest possible result i'd reccomend looking into nutrion and learning a little more about dieting, its done wonders for me. Consistancy is key, you can have one of the worst training programs, but as long as you're staying consistant with your training and your diet you are bound to see some results.

PlatinumYou would need to configure it so you don't have to drag/drop people in mumble, because I know I use the mumble overlay and a lot of people do, and if I see the casters on my overlay I'd get very distracted. That's the only way I would agree to it, the comms themselves I don't think people would mind sharing.

Something i didnt even consider very good point.
