I've beet putting autoexec in ...>common>Team Fortress 2>tf>custom>Configuration>cfg since steampipe. Am I doing it wrong?
no yours is correct. what cme posted is wrong and is similar to how it used to be pre-steampipe.

Is 'Placebo' Bad?

I didn't know that, thanks #s. I thought of one more thing that effects me, the 'trail' on the machina shot makes me aim worse with it. Which is absurd because it occurs after the aim + shoot part of aiming.

Really an interesting question. Can they really be called placebo if you know that they are not doing anything? I thought a placebo had to have the guise of being an actual effective product/method. That said, I don't think anything I do is placebo in tf2. If it's not something that's proven it's not worth my time.

kaidusWe tried this shortly after the update and encountered numerous issues (was running default hud as none were fixed yet, so wasn't a hud thing). Did something change and it actually works now?
2 issues i've noticed.
1) people using old SOAP DM will encounter issues see post #15
2) if you switch the cvar to 0 and then try to ready up the old way, the match will not start.
