Can only find like 5 Russians playing instagib on 200+ ping servers, I don't know why it's so dead. It's the same thing as quake live with aircontrol.

I still don't know how to start playing competitive. I've done newbie mixes, I've played tf2 lobby, posted threads on UGC for HL. It seems that every team including iron is looking for a player with past experience. The only other way I can think of is getting a group of friends, but none of my friends play TF2. I'm willing to learn, but the tools just aren't there.
