in any other esport you can wake up, take a shit, and queue for a competitive ranked match. in tf2 you can only play dogshit/nonexistent pugs or make the absolute minimum dedication of 2 hours a WEEKNIGHT. throw in shitty teammates, poor scrim quality, and it's very easy to see why people don't want to commit to a team
i feel like the future of 6s lies outside of seasons. plz implement high quality pugs with elo anyone can queue for
