frenzy_S21 my first season of open as pocket, after winning the first match, team fell apart because the team leader was a dickhead and was also cheating, i couldnt find a team for the rest of that season because i was new to ESEA and didnt know anything.
our team didn't die because of him, it died because we had raze and me (2 medic mains with only UGC experience at the time) playing scout. We couldn't find players willing to stick together because of how bad we were

Bumping this to say I am planning on doing an observer's workshop livestream over on my Twitch this Friday @5PM eastern!
The stream will mostly be oriented towards basic observing guidelines in TF2, getting basic observing tools set up and working, and reviewing a few matches and trying to break down what does and doesn't work for those broadcasts.
