I know Zakirll's and Blindtalent's uncle pretty well. I was talking to him about a month ago and he actually brought up his nephews.

He didn't have much to say about Blind (in terms of how his life is going) but when I told him that Zak had screwed over some people a few years ago he said that it didn't surprise him. Apparently Zak hit a rough patch (maybe around this time 2.5 yrs ago, not sure, maybe a little after) and it sounded like he ran out of money. I don't recall exactly but I think their uncle said that Zak stole a bunch of money from his dad or something of that nature, and that he never actually had as much money as he pretended to have (I remember him running around the TF2 scene like he was the richest guy on the forums).

Honestly I don't remember the details exactly so a good amount of this might be incorrect. I'll talk to their uncle again when I can and find more accurate details.

Posting this here since this is what caused the 1st match to not get played (the second needed a manual admin reschedule which couldn't be done due to the esea site being down).

I was getting Error #112:

Apparently the issue relates to having a virtual machine on your computer (whatever hypervisorlaunchtype affects). Open cmd prompt with admin and type "bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off", then restart and it should work. (ESEAthread for reference)

Anyways, it's still pretty weird that this issue has come up only with their most recent client-always-on thing. I'm pretty sure that this setting actually prevents you from running certain virtual machines on certain computers (I THINK that I had this setting on because of some Android emulator that I tried to use at some point, which refused to work unless this Hyper-V setting was changed). It might just be ESEA trying to prevent cheating through virtual machines. Whatever.

Are you talking about NA UGC HL playoffs or elsewhere? If not I think you should look into putting some of those up for bets, as they are starting soon.
