I can’t believe it was Eric pushing this update… that contractor fixing all of this is honestly a saint.

Still looking for a team.
Did the out of bounds map exploit get fixed on this shit
Probably saw the beam on Gwen, made a decent guess on the med position after noticing that.

lmao it's already nosediving
The bots are honestly taking a toll despite the attempts to fix what was already a shit ton of sloppy fuck ups pushing this out. I know a Eric had his hands on some updates previous to Halloween, but honestly it shows when someone who isn’t seasoned working on this game does anything “major”.
Edit: and I am being critical, and I have 0 experience with anything like this, but I do hope that contractor, especially if they continue to work beyond whatever they was set time wise / flat rate per update, whatever it is, learn from their mistakes. If this wasn’t entirely the contractors fault, if valve even had a single employee who has worked on this game during its prime, this shit does in fact look extremely bad.
This was really good. A lot of the snaps are just insane.
So many pre existing issues for what is potentially the only decent update each year… they went from going dead silent on TFC to just quiet quitting their own fuckin job on a autopilot major title
Sorry to anyone that was friends with him, shit is rough when you play long enough to have friends die.
Bereth Does Valve not test these maps at all?
After wutville I’m surprised that’s even a necessary question
counting the days until overwatch 2 dies
I still play Federation vs Zeon on the PS2, this will be a treat honestly aside from whatever launch issues they got.
I wanted b4nny demo this season and felt screwed out of proper nostalgia.
The level of speed for fixing something related to hats says the most about this game period
Fixes to current cosmetic bugs from this update would nice, but honestly I just want my stupid ass UGC medals added so I don’t feel like I wasted 4 seasons between 4 formats wasted.
What would you do? Still play tf2, pubbing, pugs, etc? Try other games on a competitive level? Of course I know some folks say they are done and end up coming back, some long term, some for a brief stint. Personally I would just pub and mess around with good single player games.
I know scrims / matches are pretty restrictive on peoples nights, it kinda makes other activity’s revolve around this game. I know some folks would probably just take a break from gaming in general. So overall if you ever considered retiring, what would you do as far as gaming is concerned?
