I don't think that it says when you have around 10,000 hours that you're at your full potential, just that people who have 10,000 hours sort of stand out and are generally the most successful at whatever thing it is.

yeah, it actually is pretty easy. imo people are just horrible at explaining it because they make it seem faster than it really is. Once i realized i was doing it too fast, i got it after 2 tries and after 10 more minutes of practice i was able to get it 90% of the time, and now i may go a week without messing one up

Does fps_max cause input lag when turning?

i think comanglia says in his cfg that if you have good cooling you should leave fps uncapped to prevent latency and if you dont have good cooling you should leave it capped cause its bad for the computer. So i would assume if you have a decent desktop you should not use it and if your on a laptop or something you should use the cap. At least i think it says something like that. You can probably check. I think its near the top of his config
