It' would be great if someone in your position went to the admins and said "hey i know some people who should probably catch a ban and heres why" since you openly acknowledge that some of these people did deserve punishment.
i keep saying you don't know what you're talking about because you literally don't, for example phoxx is still banned
i acknowledged the fact that people who deserved to get banned did get banned, like people who cheated
however you fail to acknowledge the fact that there are people on there who got banned for no reason and they shouldn't have to put in an appeal in the "working" system in the first place, not to mention our appeals were literally
"hey unban me i did nothing wrong im going to be nice"
why should someone have to appeal something they didnt do
also only two of the people on the list of people were ones that deserved to get banned + were my friends, but i didn't report them because they literally don't play tf2 anyway and don't care if they get banned from it

Think of it like this, if there was a gunman at an airport it would be best for everyone there to be detained and those innocent can be released later. That's an over exaggerated comparison, but the logic is the same. We can start shitting on RGL if people who really did do nothing wrong stay banned for long periods of time

in the first post you say that there were people that deserved to get banned, in this situation they would be the gunmen. You and Phoxx would be examples of innocents caught up in the detainment.

What is the problem with a system that posted the reasons why people got banned, has a working system for appealing your ban, and has an active moderation staff? That 21 people got banned and now we have 160 possible players and not 180? Not to mention that for fourteen of those people their ban is appealable indefinitely , and two bans have already been repealed. I think it's better that people who do break the rules get banned, unlike in ESEA where slur usage even in invite wasn't rare. I can't speak on the VAC ban stuff since I know none of the details, but it seems kind of sensationalist to panic about admin abuse when they're literally doing what they're supposed to.
