#27 ESEA Weapon Bans in TF2 General Discussion
DrPloxoBerethWhy ban Eureka Effect? Would make for some interesting gravelpit strats.Free metal and health. It's bullshit.

More like free teleport to spawn with no spawn timer. Just speeds up escapes.

I don't understand why forward spawn can't just point you into flank/lab/computer room/map room.

#3 how to set different sensi for each class? in TF2 General Discussion
WithADanceNumberThat said, I wouldn't recommend switching sensitivities on different classes as it will cause issues with your muscle memory and may make it harder for you to develop your aim. If you really wanna play around with something like that though, perhaps try mouse acceleration.

Lots of players do it, and it works fine for them. There's something to be said for grouping sensitivities, though. For example, scout sniper and heavy having the same sensitivity makes sense because they're all hitscan-only weapons. Demoman has a unique style of aiming, as does the medic, so them having their own sensitivities makes sense. Having a custom sensitivity to make rocket-jumping smoother on soldier is common to my knowledge.

#4 Is this against the rules? in TF2 General Discussion
zigzterI tried it in a local server but I still took fall damage, no matter how I timed it.

Does it freeze you for other players?

It more or less forces a 1-2 second lag-out. You don't avoid fall damage and sort of invite yourself to get air-shot. The only abusive tactic would be to use it to lag out and kill someone who thinks you are vulnerable. Not really very useful.
