keep in mind that it was edited for my 1280*768 resolution

Demo (.dem) seems to crash when damage is taken?

Similar thing used to happen to me - I sent demos to a friend and he couldn't play any of them initially. Then we tried using a shared folder on dropbox (instead of me uploading and sending the link to it, I'd upload and he'd just get it himself from the foldier) and it worked from then on.
I highly doubt that what we did is actually what fixed it but it's something to try if you want to.

essentially made everything closer to xhair (broeselhud edit) and got rid of some shadows/outlines/made fonts smaller
colours are OMP colours which i've always liked and the xhair is seeker's
