Flat texture do not improve automaticly your fps.... it dpend of your graphic card.

My connection is entering the criteria for using chris "good connection settings" , but i have 100-130 fps in middle fights, is it possible to set the settings as a compromise between chris good settings and bad settings like "this is stupid i know but" cl_interp ratio 1.7 or 1.2 ?(same for other commands)

This is actually this resolution goo gler use it in his edit and i saw some sniper from OOLLLDDD videos using it.

changed to lower bias and lowered graphic card thingies, won 25 fps :D

Can yu explain the -gl thingie, cant found it what is it, in tf2 when i'm really close to walls i get like 340 frames but when i get to look at a pretty open area lika metal work mid, it drop to 145 and flicker from 145 to 185(capped my fps was even worse before because the flickering was going higher). i will try changing my nvidia options like LOD bias and stuff
