I suggest going for something boring, old and reasonably user friendly instead, e.g. Ubuntu. Most of these new ones are Ubuntu with extra steps.

It already had permissions to "offi.lemontea.dev", "offi-stg" might mean staging or storage. It doesn't seem to be used in the source code yet though.

There was a security issue in the Steam open id system, allowing you to log in as anyone you'd like. It seems Steam has gotten more strict about what parameters it accepts when you try to login from another website.
Logs.tf will have to make their sign in steps compliant with what Steam now requires.

You have 150 ping to the older one (CHI4). The new one is confusingly called CHI1.

It's an issue with the "GAME" anti-DDoS on OVH hosted machines. For EU serveme.tf that means ElzasBrigade and MonikaBrigade, and for au.serveme.tf all the ozfortress bookables.
Because it's been rather quiet on the DDoS front this year, I wouldn't be against disabling it for a while. This wouldn't disable all anti-DDoS measures, just some stuff that tries to ensure any traffic on the servers is related to TF2.
Couldn't you just host it on your LAN ip?
