if the reason you can't kill the process from the task manager is because your mouse won't click, you can use the arrow keys to select the process and then delete to kill it

It took a while to convince this man to stop doing 600 dpm against open players and actually play at his own level. Enviable natural talent for this game, as well as a desire to improve and willingness to grind out the necessary hours. His maincalling and insane DM have carried me in lower divs for the last like 2 years so I am quite confident that this player would be a very positive addition to most IM teams.
This paper basically just highlights some differences between glicko and glicko-2 (the main difference being that glicko-2 is supposed to adjust based on a measure of how consistent you are), not even the difference between Elo and glicko. From what I understand there's not much reason to use Elo instead of glicko (glicko was specifically made to be better than Elo) but probably in something as imprecise as the in-game matchmaking system the difference would be hard to notice.
