struggling to find where racism is involved, ozf has a lot of asiafort players who are active in pug groups and the league alike, I have never ever heard any admin let alone player say anything racist towards any of ozf's asia based players.
I agree that you have a valid argument for the time and date, but to put it down to "the admins r racist" is reaching hard.

Leading my own team was one of the biggest challenges I've ever had within competitive TF2, it's a good learning experience and I do encourage people to try it out.
You may even find a new group of players who will stay together for a few more seasons.
