Yep, they won't and we all know it,
I believe there was a one night cup sort where we tried to play without xbow but I don't remember how it went,
I think having a cup that spans over a couple of days or maybe a week would be good because people would be "forced" to scrim without arrows as well.
the one night we played all games with no crossbows involved was one of the best nights of scrims ever
