Tobneed to use dx9. dx8 doesn't support it as phloglover said
using this video you can find out how to turn it off if you don't want to to switch to dxlevel 95

- go to hudlayout.res
- find the section with the transparency thing
- turn visible 1 and enabled 1 to visible 0 and enabled 0

Recommend me some stuff that increase FPS

Once again, the title is pretty self explanatory
I need to increase FPS in order to even play TF2. When I'm battling someone the lag will just come in and stop me from killing the enemy the ultra super epic swag way... god that was cringe, but you get the point it's just gonna stop me from killing. It's gonna lag when i see alot of people which i should expect since no one is loaded if i dont see them.
I have the mastercomfig config by the way.
Please recommend me mods and other stuff that can increase my FPS, I'm CRAVING for the FPS!

The title is pretty self explanatory.
By the way i wouldn't want like a config that has that thing because im using Mastercomfig (unless its better or its also in Mastercomfig), you know just seperate.
And also i don't wanna curse myself with No hats, as we all know hats in TF2 are very crucial to the gameplay and i surely don't wanna go insane.
