How do you install reshade for tf2?

I've gotten it to work in other games and I followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpF-T1mOLyw
but I cannot get it to work, posting here in case someone happens to know how to solve this.

I know for a fact that some features of HLAE that work in CS:GO do not work in TF2 (for example, multi-pass). So even though the reshade guys wrote "Source games", I have a strong feeling they didn't test it on TF2 and that it does not work in this game.

had to put the shaders inside the bin folder as well problem solved
