hi, i don't have experience in leading a team, but i don't want to waste other peoples time. i ideally would like to be bubble to playoff open and go to iM next season . I want to improve as much as possible with things like map reviews, demo reviews ,etc. the schedule should be like 9:30 to 11:30 . i also want to improve my personality so please no toxicity.
