So I have noticed that my monitor (asus vg248qe) has the option to display a crosshair over your monitor while you play. I find this to be really useful when playing games that don't have a decent crosshair while you are scoped out like when I play battlefield 4. The problem with these crosshairs is that they are really complicated and take up a big part of my screen . I would perfer just having a dot or a small cross, something simple instead. So I was wondering if I could someone try to import new crosshairs for my monitor or if there was a simple way to get this working. I have tried doing the same with software before but it never worked well and took a long time to switch on and off.

this is *paid* streaming software but the trial version lets you use the overlays without any problems forever. you can set custom 32x32 images to be used as crosshairs and i think it has a couple with it (though i dont know if theyre good simple ones) it worked pretty well for dirty bomb and planetside 2 but i dunno if it works the same now since i havent used it in 5+ years

also i seem to recall being able to use mumble overlay for crosshairs in dirty bomb but i dont know enough about that to say anything concrete
