I left my computer on overnight and when I came back this afternoon the resolution was changed to 1024x768, and I can't figure out how to change it back.

My pc specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PhhdkT (running Windows 10 64-bit)
Monitor: https://www.cnet.com/products/acer-p191w-p191wbd/specs/

I'm running the latest NVIDIA driver. My monitor shows up as Generic Non-PnP Monitor in Device Manager and Windows says the driver is up to date, still isn't fixed.
What else can I do?
