Enjoy! I interpreted this a little differently from the mainstream dance. :)

Thanks! It depends on what other instrument you play. so... what experience do you have with other instruments?

You are in very good shape, friend. Imagine playing the violin when you are playing a romantic piano song. Imagine playing the sax when you are playing a jazzy piano song. I'm not sure when piano songs could be played on the guitar, but if such situation arises, you know what to do :) You have many advantages over many pianists.

When you first start out, though, you might have some difficulty coordinating your right hand with your left hand. This will be kind of hard to overcome, but once you overcome it, things get a easier (at least it did for me). Your violin skills will give you an advantage in left hand dexterity, and if you're right handed, your right hand fingers will may able to play quickly as well. If you're left handed, try to focus on your right hand skills.

So, the piano might actually be easy for you to learn. If you ever give it a go, let me know.
