I was wondering what settings are restricted in mm so that i can edit my config accordingly.

You can't even change brightness in MM, so I doubt you can change anything.

you can use r_worldlights 0 iirc

there wouldn't be any point, when you do mm queues it sets all your graphics settings to max anyways, just exec your cfg again once you get into the game and it should change whatever you're allowed to
