Hi! Distraction again, looking for a roamer right now, and possibly a demo??? We're a new team so expect low-open play though we all have silver+ experience in UGC. 2-3 scrims and a map review/meeting per week.

Scouts: double_ and ???you???*wink wink*
Demo: Mecha Cop? Can play right now but may have trouble staying bc potato comp
Pocket: cable
Roamer: fatswimdude? <--still deciding whether to stay, so we might need a roamer.
EDIT: Oh yeah I also forgot to add that we have an open mic rule in case that deterrs anyone.

just scrimmed against this team, distraction and fatswim are chill. Ebiskl played on an alt, ran almost full-time offclass and called us "fags" when we asked him to stop. If this guy is on the team I would not recommend scrimming against these guys or joining their team. Hopefully the people on this team that aren't complete assholes get this sorted out.

i'm going to get this sorted out soon, i promise. we might be looking for a new scout soon. the rest of the team is really chill, though. however, in defense of my team we honestly did not run "almost full-time offclass." double had some good off-class plays, and because they worked we're going to continue to do that. ebsikl did not run any offclasses the first map we scrimmed and only did so in the last three rounds of the second map occasionally, out of spite. again, like i said before, i'm going to take care of this, probably by tomorrow.

never really associated myself with this team but, anyteam that has the guts and braincells to get rid out toxic players as they arise is definetly worth a shot

please guys i know a lot of drama has been going around but honestly i don't want people putting too much of the blame on ebsikl. i was also getting mad and yelling at him in mumble (which is rare for me but still). he's taken enough shit from us, and cutting him was bad enough.
honestly if anyone else tries to shit talk each other behind each other's backs, they will also be cut. i don't tolerate rude comments on other people just because you're not face to face with them. i will be firm with our open mic policy: whatever comments you have, even if it's an insult, you say it over mumble in front of the whole team. if it's justified it should be fine. if someone is acting like a dick and isn't being a team player that's fine call them that--in front of the team. but i want to also encourage people telling each other that they're doing something right. we should be communicating a lot, both good and bad things. that's final.
sorry if i'm being a bit coarse. it's been a rough day. drama is dumb. people need to stop exaggerating and looking at things from a self-serving perspective.
